Viva Personal Trainers
Sarah
‘I started strength training 8 years ago, as I was going through menopause. I didn’t realise how much it was helping until Covid stopped my routine - and suddenly everything that I had been managing so well became harder.
That’s when I realised how deeply movement supports my mental clarity, confidence and wellbeing. Training makes me feel calm, confident and more myself.
I want to help others do the same and build bodies that will stay active and independent for decades’

‘I have always been active and started strength and conditioning training in 2017 as I was looking for a more time-efficient way to keep fit rather than endless running/cycling. What I found was in fact life-changing, with multiple physical and psychological benefits. Now it is the foundation for doing all the active things I love and want to go on doing in the future - hiking, tennis, cycling, running and occasional skiing. I believe that training with others is key to forming an enjoyable habit.
I want to help others experience these benefits!’
